Shipping policy

Please double-check your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you find the address you inputted is incorrect, please email nadeige.archin@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible. Before opening the package, you must send a photograph of the damaged package. If the artwork is also damaged, please include a copy of the damaged artwork in your email.

 

Standard Shipping cost $8 USD. Products ship within 7-10 business days upon receipt of order. ** Please note processing times vary due to COVID and shipping delays.
