How long does it take for my order to process?

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Standard shipping turnaround times apply.

Standard shipping cost is $8.00 USD.

Can I make changes or edits to my order/address?

Please be sure to double-check your order and address prior to completing purchase. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY CHANGES OR EDITS once you submit your order.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

ALL ITEMS FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We do not accept refunds of printed works or digital products. If your artwork is damaged, please email nadeigearchin@gmail.com as soon as possible. Claims must be submitted within 3 days after the product is received.

Missing, Lost or Stolen Package

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS, UPS or FedEx) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS, UPS, FedEx. NadeigeArchin will not be obligated to handle such issue.
