Fruit of Our Healing Mug

Whether for tea (my favorite) or coffee, the mug you drink out of should be intentional.

I choose papaya as a fruit to showcase on this mug for a few reasons:

- they remind me of my great grandmother whom forever had papayas in stock growing up
- anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits (fruits are our body's healer)
- the seeds are reminder of the seeds we sow to grow

Affirmation:
I am allowing myself to receive (the tea and the all that has come together to experience this moment).
I am allowing myself to live in Joy (gratitude and peace).
