Shipping and Damages

Please double-check your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you find the address you inputted is incorrect, please email nadeige.archin@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible. Before opening the package, you must send a photograph of the damaged package. If the artwork is also damaged, please include a copy of the damaged artwork in your email.


Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not accepted. Please double-check your order before purchasing.

We do not accept refunds of printed works. If your artwork is damaged, please email nadeigearchin@gmail.com as soon as possible. Claims must be submitted within 3 days after the product is received.

Another copy of the artwork may be resent to the buyer, the cost to re-ship is covered by the buyer.

Sales Tax

We are a Massachusetts based business, so if you are purchasing items with a MA address, the sales tax is 6.25%.

Returns and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please double-check your order and size before purchasing. If you have any issues, please contact nadeige.archin@gmail.com
